  • How long do commissions take?
    Commission clay work takes around 2 weeks including delivery, as for portrait commissions take 2-3 weeks including delivery.
  • What is the refund policy for Kiwi Tea's online store
    At Kiwi Tea, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your online purchase, we offer a refund option. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase upon the return of the product in its original condition. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs and that we cannot provide a refund for any products that have been opened or used. If there is a fault with your product or you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team at info@kiwitea.com and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
  • Do you design all of the items in your shop?
    Yes! I am proud to say all items are designed or handmade by me, each design is lovingly considered and each handcrafted item is made to the highest quality.
  • Is Kiwitea & co sustainable?
    Absolutely! each product is handmade to the highest quality in a homely environment. most products are made in small batches to be more so the highest quality is achieved and the creator is not overworked.
  • What if my Kiwi Tea item breaks
    We take the quality of our products very seriously, but in the unlikely event that your Kiwi Tea item breaks, please email us at support@kiwitea.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their Kiwi Tea experience, so don't hesitate to reach out to us if you encounter any issues.

    Due to being an online business our shop is open 24/hrs a day.
